Ah Zoe you poor pet. My heart goes out to you. I totally understand about your

Cat , my little Shazza died a year ago very suddenly and I cried so much. Even

Though like yours as the vet said to me , that cat was loved to bits. It's still grief

And only time helps. But we will be here for you.

You are stressed in that job, and just do your best that's all you can do. Is there

Anyone there in work that you can talk to about how you are doing . Would it

Help even to talk to your boss about what she has issues with. It's a difficult

Situation and I just want to give. You a big virtual hug. If this stress continues

Could you even take a few days off to rest and get back on track.

Big hugs and more

Hannah

Hi, I was in this situation earlier this year so I can understand totally how you feel. I sat down and spoke to my boss about the stress I was under at work, she was understanding at the time and took some of the responsibilities off me, unfortunately this back fired as at my year end appraisal I was marked down for being unable to cope with mu unrealistic workloads. Since then I have been signed off work, I think the only option for me is to move jobs. I hope your boss is more understanding.

My cat died earlier in the year, she was 18 years old too and I cried for weeks. People don't always understand how precious our pets are, some people even told me to go out and get another one when my cat died, which I found really hurtful. Your cat is lucky to have an owner who cares so much. I will always miss my cat, I ended up getting another cat a few months after loosing elsie, as I missed the company.

Sending you big hugs xx

So sorry to hear that you are feeling so down. Is it possible to speak to your boss? I know that's not always easy but maybe they don't realise how you feel.

Pets love us unconditionally, don't judge us and are always pleased to see us. Our last cat was 18 when we had to have him put to sleep. I was really brave and was with him when he died at the vets and it was very peaceful and I knew he was out of any pain now. I was pleased that I was with him. We bought him home and buried him in the garden.

Thinking of you, {{{{{{{Hugs}}}}}}}}}}}}. Julie xx

Sorry to hear about work. It does sound as if you really need a break.

Feel for you with the cat being ill. It is really difficult. When Até died a few months ago it was really difficult but I found this meditation technique which really helped me - focusing on the physical sensations when I was upset about it - made it much easier not to cry all the time. It was one of the meditations on the CD that comes with 'Mindfulness: a practical guide to finding peace in a frantic world.

Guess you have been to the gym already - hope that you didn't run - just a bit concerned about going against medical orders - but it is your decision and I'm sure one occasion won't do any damage.

Know it's really difficult waiting for something with all the what-if's going through your head.

Don't push yourself too hard.
