Had a long weekend away up north...all in all it was a success. I was lucky with the weather...
The drive there was alright and I stayed at a friends who has suffered with anxiety and lows so the pressure was off..
..I was more anxious on the drive back...
Now I'm back I am feeling lost and a little lonely again, I'm exhausted, but now wondering what the future holds and when I will be able to cope with a job and a relationship, maybe...when I think about being in the workplace at the moment I feel sick and anxious.....
I have this feeling time is running out I'm not in my 30s anymore.
I guess my mind has been preoccupied for a few days, now I'm wondering how I get away from this loneliness....
So glad you had a lovely time and the weather was so gorgeous for you! I understand how you feel about the anti climax effect. I packed my weekend full of suff and by time I ae off for work this morning I felt really miserable.
Are you looking jobs yet or still enjoying your break? X
If you can manage financially, the more time spent getting better now, the longer you'll survive afterwards! You can always swing past sunny South Wales and mark my books for me ....
It's what I worry a lot about. Taking some time off and not being able to go back. I'm sure you will bounce back as soon as you're ready! It must be a bit exciting having the whole world in font of you? Like a blank canvas ....
Hi there, glad you had a good weekend. We had lovely weather here in Dublin too. I think its normal enough to get a bit of a downer when you have been away. I always feel a bit lonely coming home.
Try not to put pressure on yourself about work, what seems impossible now might be totally different in a few months when you are stronger. Just be good to yourself and treat yourself like you would a really good friend.
hi i know what you mean about feeling lonely, i live on my own and dont get any visitors apart from my son. i dont see anyone unless i go out. this makes me depressed.
