how much fish is too much?

simpily put, am i eating too much and is there a potential for any issue's?

a quick breakdown;

monday - 1 tin of tuna

tuesday 280g plain haddock + tin of mackerel

wednesday - 1 tin of tuna

thursday - half a tin of salmon

friday - 280g plain haddock + half a tin of salmon

What is the rest of your diet like? How is your overall calorie consumption? Are you also getting enough of other food groups in your diet?

so my daily intake of food is around 2200 calories, I’ll have scrambled egg for breakfast, protein shake and fruit for a snack, then chicken rice and a protein yoghurt for lunch, tuna and a shake for a snack and then my dinner later on which can be a number of things
