Red Spots on my penis after oral

Hey guys I recieved unprotected oral from a female about 5 weeks ago and my penis has been red ever since. I got tested for about every STI and docs said it might be Balanitis but the creams haven't been helping.

Any thoughts

That could be very bad balanitis, but if you've already tried the creams, then you should go back to your doctor.

Washing (with water, no soap) daily, and taking a leak and washing after masturbation or sex will probably help, and you could also try Canesten cream or Daktarin cream. Loose fitting cotton underwear may help, and some sites recommend washing underwear with non-biological washing powder or liquid.

Agree with ml66uk . Your foreskin looks particularly swollen. If anti fungal cream fails to work, it’s back to the doctor time.
