originally had a pacemaker fitted for a low heart rate and 2.5 mg of Bisoproplol but after having a blackout was fitted a defibrillator pacemaker and increased my dosage to 10 mg alls fine but fataige when walking up gradients and not got reserves of energy other than that at 67 feel good , any feedback would be appreciated , had the defibrillator pacemaker about 3 years

I'm no doctor. But maybe get your bisoprolol dosage looked at again as you have had it increased 4x
