The heck is wrong with my circumcision?

I had circumcision almost 3 weeks ago and it looks wrecked... is it supposed to look like this? I had phimosis if that helps but I'm pretty scared. It's not infected either

Everyone heals at different speed. If you are worried that you are not healing fast enough just give your doctor a call.

A little bit of discharge and some degree of swelling is normal. As for your specific case, if you are concerned, or if it does not improve in a week or so, just give your doctor a call.

Salt baths are very effective! I can vouch for that from personal experience. Obviously, it's still quite early days for you, so I agree with others, give it another few days and see your GP is you're in any way worried or are having any excessive weeping from the wound/stitches etc. I hope you'll experience the same benefits I did from my 'cut'.

Wow dude... that’s hectic... I am 8 days post circumsion... and I have healed much better than your pic... I suggest you see the doc again..

There's no signs of infection though, I'm going to the doctors in 2 days anyway

I’m 36 and mine looked pretty similar at that stage it can get you down but you will heal, it takes longer at our age. Keep it clean go for check ups with the doctor and try not to worry.

Nope I had bad phimosis and the only thing that actually hurt was my sensitive head, you'll be a little sore but other than that it's not to bad

Dude I have the exact same problem, the pic looks identical to my cut with an open wound where stitches failed, I have yellow stuff in it but it's not infected, so annoyed with this style of cut, they should cut all the way around not in a way that leaves us with a triangle shape pointing towards the head, I'm so glad I'm not the only one with this problem

I think you have an infection. I had circumcision at the start of January and it wasn't an easy one. I had a general anaesthetic. My foreskin was attached to the plans so had to be cut free and the surgery was a tight circumcision with stitching tight around the base of the ring. I used an antibiotic cream for 21 days after at direction of the surgeon. It was very painful but other than one small area it feels fine. The month was a milestone and now I just use Vaseline on the scars. I am still wary and it's not 100% comfortable but I wear underpants again and can work as normal.

Alright. So my little brother at age 12 is same as you. You had circumsion because of phimosis and it like super big like yours. Can you help and tell me like approx how long it took to go down. And how the rest of the experience went. It would really be appreciated.

How do you know that tge whitish yellow spot isn't an infection??? Was your prepuce that swelled for the entire 3 weeks since surgery, or did the swelling happen after a catastrophe?
