When i pull back my foreskin it doesnt go all the way back but it does expose what is supposed to be the head. But, where the head should be it looks to be covered in something white so its covered in all this white stuff so i cant see anything of the head. Im worried what is this?

You maybe have a candida infection. (aka yeast infection) If so nothing to worry about. But go to the Drs.

Was it able to retract before or is this new? The white stuff could be just dead skin cells built up or it can be a yeast infection. Try to clean it best you can till you can get in to see a doctor

Sounds like smegma. Take a wet wash cloth and wipe it off.

Coconut oil night and morning may help.

Sounds like you simply need to wash your willy morning and night. Smegma is a harmless combination of skin cells, oil, sweat and other bodily fluids! It's meant to be washed off though.
