ED & painful nocturnal erection

has anyone had or know why youd get painful nocturnal erections? particularly in the glans/head of the penis. the glans dont feel full and heavy, but instead hard, small and like a nail is being driven into both sides. when flaccid its difficult to get an erection without some discomfort/ less pleasurable sensitivity on the underside of the head/ the frenulum.

Does not sound like fun for sure. Lots and lots of infectious possibilities out there. Consider any things that are physically abrasive--different clothing, behaviors, and non mechanical, like different soaps, chemicals, creams ..... irritants, anything your partner may be using, laundry soaps. Using any ED meds/injections? Worth a trip to the doctor if not improving after a few days. The sooner the better. Good luck.
