head pressure feeling

over the last few weeks I’ve had a feeling of pressure in my head, like it’s being squeezed on the front and sides. It’s not helped by my Eustachian tubes not working properly. But this is different. I have a dull headache.

I have been very stressed at work and thought it was that, but it’s not really eased much during a Xmas break.

My bloody pressures been quite high 140/90 etc but not sure if that’s the issue.

I did speak with a doc and told to manage it by lifestyle change.

im 44 years old. When I wake up everything seems fine then through the day it progresses

had similar issues, Doctor informed me it was high blood pressure and stress etc

thanks mate.. I thought it’d be better with a nice break over Xmas, it has kind of got better but not gone away. I guess it could be the reason why I feel ok in the morning and as the day gets to me at times so does the feeling increase.

yes was exactly the same, eventually prescribed blood pressure medication time out throughout the day to try and relax, and been lot better since
