No Orgasm!

hello guys new member here. I have an issue were I’m not achieving Orgasm during Sex or Masterbation. I can ejaculate normally. A few months ago I was on strong antibiotics for Helicobacter pylor which caused very bad diarrhoea. I held the diarrhoea in while outside and it really felt like an explosion going on in my stomach and the lower back pain I got was very bad. I just wonder if holding the diarrhoea in has caused some damage that’s related to my problem

Some medications and illnesses can affect sexual function. I’d have a chat with my doctor if I was in your situation.

Your current situation is really not ideal.

I’m not on medication so I can rule that out. And thank you for the advice I will do that right away much appreciated.
