Lump in abdominal area above belly button

SuttonUnitedNo1Fan profile image

So in april 2020 i started getting pain in my left lower kidney area. I went to the doctor and was sent for a ultrasound,it shows a blockage obstructions.

Now under urology and have had a CT scan and a renogram, it shows my kidney is inflamed and there is a PUJ obstruction.

Currently on waiting list for surgery but throughout this time I've had a lump above my belly button that up until now has not been a issue, but passed week or so has been causing pain and frequent trips to the toilet for number 2s. Should i be concerned and seeking medical advice?
