Urethra burning while urine

I am 18 year old male

My urethra keep burning when i start pee and that is going 2 years

I did a urine test

I am positive to leukoctyes and steptococcus species

I have a red and purple nerves in my urethra and something like bump as you can see in the picture

I am not sexually active

Please help me
