Is a block semen tube a risk?

I've had a TURP and a following stricture Op as a result. Now my flow is good. But some time after the stricture Op I started getting painful ejaculations (not I have had a vasectomy 40 yrs ago). Now there is no discharge of semen at all and even though I have or had reverse ejaculation it now does not seem to come out in the next urination (clear).

1. Should I avoid ejaculating as this may cause pain and injury?

2. Where does the semen go if it does not come out?

Many thanks.

I would certainly discuss this with your doctor.

Well the specialist in the hospital when they discharged me said they could not help with that. It was mentioned to the Dr. in the report but he did not suggest anything. I assume if I 'abstain' then I don't have a problem! Thanks.
