I am a 57 year old male and I have a total PSA of 0.4, and a free PSA percentage right at 25 %...

Is this good ?

You would be better / safer discussing this with your doctor.

If the PSA is less than 4.4 you are good. But if the ratio of PSA with Free PSA is between 0.21 - 0.25 there is a a 20% chance of a positive biopsy. As ma57uk said you need to discuss this with your doctor.

Thanks... And I did speak with my doctor today.. he says I’m real good shape regarding PSA levels/totals

Canuck2020 ... 21-25% is a 16% chance of positive biopsy btw ... but who’s counting lol thanks !
