You really need to see a doctor on both issues. A full blood count may be helpful and a stool examination. Blood in the stools should always be investigated and an expert in oral medicine might be a good start for your tongue.
I tried to see the doctors did the same they’re not interested
There is little that we can do. We are not doctors and cannot diagnose your problems. Your tongue problem could be a deficiency issue and your snap problem could be anything from haemorrhoids to colorectal cancer.
I joined to see if anyone else was having similar issues. Same with my tongue and also a year ago I was severely constipated and was using enemas to open myself up.. thought it was a hemorrhoid or something. Never had one so I didn’t know what was going on. For a year now I’ve had chronic diarrhea. Haven’t spoken to a doctor yet about my tongue or diarrhea problems as insurance is an issue and I’m so embarrassed about it... but the few times I went to the walk in clinic they were no help with my tongue.
