Have you had your cholesterol tested?

Yes. I started at 7 a year or so ago, but brought it down to 4.2 without medication, purely diet. However, when I had bloods taken recently, it had crept back up to 7.6!The doc suggested Statins, but I don't want to go down that route.

Good luck. Don’t forget that if you are able to control it by diet I guess you have to stick at it. Here is the UK guidance. nhs.uk/live-well/healthy-bo... I am happy on my 10mg of atorvastatin daily for the last 22 years. . No side effects and great cholesterol levels.
