Should I be concerned?

Over the past few months I have noticed an unusual change in my sleeping pattern and i’m starting to get concerned if it could be anything more serious now. I have lost my desire to sleep and can go days (up to 4) without any sleep at all, I dont feel remotely effected by my lack of sleep but instead I feel pumped up and full of energy. When I do sleep its only for about 2 hours tops and for a max of three times a week. I dont feel tired anymore, ever. When I try to sleep it just doesn’t happen because I physically and mentally feel pumped up and full of energy. I am not suffering from any mental health so I dont think it has anything to relate to that, I simply just do not feel tired no matter what I have done in the day. Should I be concerned or does my body just require less sleep/rest than others?

The body does most of its housekeeping/healing etc while you sleep. If I were you, I would be talking to my doctor as the long-term effects of sleep deprivation can be dangerous.
