Rising PSA

After prostate cancer radiation and hormone treatment, my PSA went from 45 to .6. But after several months it went up to 12.5 and after a month by another 12.4 and a PET scan was ordered, which showed no cancer in the prostate or anywhere else and a small amount of cancer on a rib, which was then treated with more radiation. Has anyone else had this pattern?
