Constant headache

Hello all, I was just wondering if anybody else experiences a constant and relentless headache that just refuses to go away?

I agree with Hidden that you need to be having a conversation with your doctor to determine what is causing your headaches. Take care.

I used to get these, mine appeared to be caused by tension and faded when I removed myself from the situation.

Having said that, I agree with others you must seek medical help as your headaches could be a symptom of many things which need medical intervention.

I first go to get eyes checked, then doctors

Do you wear glasses, do you have high blood pressure, are you under a lot of stress, are you sleeping regularly. Have you had a recent blood test, there are many things it could be, have you asked for an MRI, are you wearing tight headphones which are squeezing your scalp.

Are you drinking a lot of caffeine and not resting.

Hi I have 2 cups of tea and one coffee per day. I think i get enough rest but do feel constantly tired.

Get some blood work done and check if everything looks normal.
