What is this fluid leak under my testes?

I've been getting a lot of itching at the underside of my testes for some time now, and recently I've also noticed there's sometimes a clear odourless liquid that forms under my testes - or more accurately the back of my scrotum. At first I thought it was sweat, but it seems to appear even when I'm cool and haven't been exercising.

Can anyone help as I'm starting to worry about it? Thanks so much.

That does not sound right! Probably best to see your doctor about this. It maybe a fungal infection, but safer to get checked.

Seems like a real issue, I think it’s best to see a doctor as there could be multiple issues, I’m sure it’s nothing to worry about though.
