What is this bump on my penis?

This bump randomly popped up and slowly got bigger. I tried popping it but barely anything came out. I haven’t had sex or anything. It hurts when i press on it or try to pop it. How long will it take to go away. Please help

I was circumcised as a newborn so is this still a possibility ?

I think your doctor took way to much skin when you were a newborn. I find it odd that you have pubic hair growing so high, however I am 90% sure it is a ingrown hair from shaving.

However if this is the case you will need to wait for the hair to grow a bit more until you see the black dot on skin then very carefully pick it out. From experience I have learned not to pull the hair out completely. It is best to bring it out to the surface and cut short with scissors. You will likely break the skin so leaving it out wont cause it to grow ingrown again.

that is probably true because my scrotum is connected more than half way up my the bottom of my shaft
