The Relax function on FitBit seems to work. It comes in 2 minute and 5 minute version on mine (Charge 2). It is essentially just deep breathing though it does seem to help to concentrate on the watch. It is a bit of a gimmick and I guess you could get a very similar effect by following any deep breathing regime. There are 101 different videos on YouTube. You could probably reduce your stress levels by searching and trying them all out until you find one that works for you! :)
