please help i feel like im dying has anyone these symptoms?

i have been sick for months now and it doesn't get better, it gets worse,i want to get a brain scan,nothing seems to be working, they blood tested and found everything normal, i get high pressure dull feeling in neck and head, its not painful but it feels like im over exhausted and brain malfunction, i also start shivering for no reason, i cant have any emotions, if i start laughing i will feel like im dying, please help!

Hello pleased to meet you.

Sorry to hear this , sounds like stress anxiety mix of symptoms.

Stress including the symptoms can manifest it self in to a series of issues and related problems.

If you experiencing stress there are ways to think and cope with this.

As for another thought is diet and nutrition not eating right foods balance is essential.

Missed meals, lack of proper exercise and work social life can be a dangerous mix, if not treated.

List of stress symptoms.

1. neck pain, head aches physical including pains in muscles, back .

2. Lump in throats excessive fatigue, shaking, shivering, trembling.

3. Stomach bowel issues. Sweating chest pain and some of the following associated with stress but also anxiety.

4. Chest pain, dry mouth and swallowing. Insomnia and other associated problems with sleep.

Go to bed but wake up tired or go to bed troubling sleep.

5. Laughing nervous or high pitched.

6. Inability to relax can not concentrate.

Stress signs.

1. Often close to tears emotion.

2. Snap shout angry and tense.

3. Lack of interest sex relationships and do not respond have no care.

4. Insomnia .

5. Fidget, fumble, bite nails, fumble play with your hair or constantly touch your face.

6. Concentration lack of and hard to listen, talk to people and also make decisions.

7. Minor accidents in home fall over or make errors doing every day things. Either home house duties or just get annoyed with anything your doing.

8. Eat too much and then skip meals even eat when not hungry but the wrong foods chocolate, junk foods and alcohol, smoke too much.

9. Alcohol and smoking if dependent and need to know am I being an alcoholic need to address this.

10. Increased rate of caffeine coffee, tea energy drinks.

11. Tired, fatigue wake up exhausted.

12. Hate others suspicious trust has gone family friends are irksome annoying and it is not making sense in a marriage or relationship.

13. Need to be on own or evaluate everything.

14. Hate everything about your self and the life you have.

Any of those more than four have stress need to do something about it.

One other a lot of the above symptoms and issues those of us with anxiety and depression have these as well.

Mix of those, blurred and can and need to add they needs to be changes.

I mentioned diet nutrition to look at, also make a plan a space every day to cope and start each day with something to relax , I use radio Classical Music.

Look at your lifestyle not sure ask local services where ever you live, wellbeing or health services.

If you live in the UK please happy to supply mental health charities as they deal with all above in various ways.

One important thing is you what you want and need to address these issues which are causing the problems.

One other aspect of illness if you think your ill you will be.

Mental side of any illness if you say any of this to yourself constantly the brain responses.

So effects your well being effects stomach, bowels and get related chest pains, anxiety symptoms.

Ear worm syndrome a thought in your mind.

I would add put some barriers some ways to cope every day.

This is to avoid one has to .

No news morning on radio or TV or webpages look but stay away depressing stuff.

Stress relievers in the start of the day.

Workout exercise Tia Chi small movements to get mind and body responding.

Good breakfast whole meal toast or beans. Eggs, fruit, yoghurt and take your time eating.

Music on classical or smooth relaxing .

One other is Porridge or Oats releases energy slowly topped with fruit and yoghurt.

Make sure eat three four hours regular. Use snacks Apples, Pears or a cereal cornflakes milk topped with any fruit or eat bread products tea cakes muffins a snack attack.

Use the day to make sure fuelled you need to.

Lean meat plenty of veggies. Pasta Rice Potatoes on evening meal.

Fish as well . Beans Pulses and after wards each meal take your time eating no TV.

Music on new one for me the Meditation CD's lots of these.

Sends me to sleep . Late at night.

Make plans activities hobbies and time to reflect.

Just some points if not happy work or relationships do something about them.
