Can inguinal lymph nodes swell under adductor longus muscle on both sides of the legs left and right at the same time and same spots. I am wondering if i have boils or swollen lymph nodes. But no pus visible on these boils they feel rubbery and tender.

Im sorry I dont really understand what you are saying. If you are asking could these be swollen lymph nodes yes they could. Consider sexual health screening .
