Hi, I am 19 yr old, new to forum, had protected sex last week and woke up next morning with this. Not sure what it is. Could it be from condom friction? Or STD? Please reply. Thank you.

Very symmetrical - argues for friction most likely I would say. More likely still if they heal without breaking open.

Why risk it ?

Get it checked by your doctor.

Could it be something caught from previous sexual encounter ?

I can't immediately see why you would get that from str8forward vaginal sex.
