Tomorrow l am taking on the back garden to raise awareness for mens mental health during lockdown and to raise money for our Strong Grandpa Community Group in Basingstoke. Its also my granddaughter Margo’s first birthday and because we can’t visit to give her a hug #stayathome l decided to get busy in the back yard. I will attempt my first ever triathlon with a 1km swim followed by a 100km ride on the exercise bike then finishing with a 21km half marathon. It will take me approx 9hrs...so you can follow my progress on all social media channels
