Forskin won’t pull back

I’m 22 and I have never been able to pull my forskin any further than this as I think it would get stuck as when it’s back as you can see the heads tight any suggestions

I think you should see your doctor. Although I’m not generally a fan of circumcision, I think it may be your best option in this case. I would imagine that your phimosis would prevent you having enjoyable sex? Don’t wonder any longer get professional advice.

Hey Sean!! I think you are clearly suffering from phimosis. You can try steroid creams by going to see a dermatologist or you can try the urologist for an adult circumcision.

And getting it cut is not as bad as some people make it sound because in the end yes you could try stretching it but it is going to hurt the skin of the foreskin anyway and those are shortcuts before the real cut; in a mild phimosis case I understand it might work but in a severe case like yours where it looks like the skin is pinching on the head of your penis you will be better off to have an adult circumcision.

People that are anti circumcision have to understand it makes sense to try alternative medicines and techniques but in certain situations it is better to have sex with maybe a little less sensation rather than no sex and pain and issues that will result from not cleaning the penis head, etc.

Hello, your phimosis case is not as bad as I've seen patients with. I've seen patients with the inability to retract it half as far as you can make a full recovery just on stretching methods and creams. If you stretch your foreskin the correct way you should never feel any pain whatsoever, unlike the previous poster said; you should only feel pressure. What's causing your phimosis could be that it's never been used enough, scar tissue from damage or infections,although your record means that it's probably the first cause- you dont use it enough! The phimotic band is a stretchy material that keeps your foreskin on your glans(head) and when it doesnt work properly it can cause phimosis. Circumcision or any removal of tissue should be a last resort in any condition regardless of what others tell you. You can stretch the phimotic band by hand or with the help of a tool called novaglan. Novaglan is a set of silicone bands that are inserted into what you are experiencing to be tight- using this as instructed welds high results, but you can always go the free of charge route and do it by hand by simply inserting (clean) fingers into your foreskin and pulling them in opposite directions to the point where you feel great pressure but again, no pain. Do this as often as you can everyday and it will get better. It HAS to. Everyone's body is different and some progress slower than others but your cells go through a cycle called mitosis. This simply means that in the event of damage your skin cells realize that there is an open spot that they should be filling and start to fill in the spots. In the stretching exercise you are causing the cells to become further apart from each other to the point where the skin cells realize there is an open spot and act as described: causing your foreskin to become looser and more able retractable over time. My recommendation would be to start stretching the skin because as a doctors best route is to cause the least amount of pain to you and jumping into cutting erogenous tissue off is not a good route by anyones sake.

Also, the stretching method doesnt have to be by hand or by a bought kit- if you are tight on money and dont have a lot of time you can always make a device by hand, you'll just have to get a little creative with it.
