Hi guys last night I wet the bed I’m 29 so rather embarrassing I woke up not long after it started and stopped myself mid flow, I did suffer from it regularly when I was a kid until about 12 when we eventually took me to see a doctor and I was given a pill to take every night and it stopped but has happened maybe a couple times a year since

I would certainly discuss this with a doctor who may refer you to an urologist. Enuresis is not usual in adults without an underlying issue.
