Like so many, I am sure, I have really been feeling anxious lately. Trembling, hot, no appetite, incredibly tired. This has been going on for 3 days nearly continually. Strangely I also find that a panic attack can come as if from nowhere.
I am lucky enough to have some people to call but eager to learn what else others benefit from!

Hi Andy, the first thing you have done is showed strength by talking about you feelings. I am 56 and also realised I have suffered from mental health and anxiety for 29 years ir si and never realised it. The reason why you may be feeling more anxious now is we are all out of our comfort zone and uncertainty has crept in. Talk to people, keep fit and well, try to relax sleep...what will be will be and you are doing your best....Stay Safe...Stay Well...
Thanks for the reply. That’s so kind if you to take the time. It helps with what you wrote and is so true. I think knowing that others are feeling similar things is, in a way, comforting!
Andy, panic attacks are scary, and it’s hardly surprising there has been a excess of them lately. For me, I found that doing some hard physical exercise when I feel them coming on really helped to knock them on the head, and also trying to find a focus, like a new interest that absorbs you. The adrenalin that panic attacks harness can be sucked out that way...or at lest that’s the way I like to visualise it. Keep strong mate.
