Yellow eyes under eyelids

I am 19 years of age and my eyes are little yelllw under the eyelids

I dont drink that often maybe 2 times a week or less. I use sometimes drugs like cocaine and speed.. ive been to the doctor and told him ive had been using some drugs and stayed awake for 2 days. He told me to eat healthy and drink water And nothing else. Now i just woke up from 2 day speed binge ( no sleep for 2 days )

And i am yellow again..

Could this just be exhaustion and my body “clearing” itself from the drugs?

I have dull pain under my right rib in the upper abdomen that pain could also be from chronic constipation that i have

I think that you need to get to your doctor as you may have some liver damage.

Do you have any abdominal pain, or pain in back ? You may have stones in your gall bladder or kidneys.

Jaundice indicates possibilty of liver dysfunction. See the doctor pronto.

No food for several days on a speed binge could cause symptoms of Gilberts disease - basically a genetic condition where you get raised bilirubin ( the chemical involved in jaundice ) when you fast. its benign ( meaning not serious ) However you would need a doctor assessment and liver function tests to establish this. Also to rule out infections of the liver like hep B and C.
