Eat healthily, exercise, keep your weight under control, don't smoke, keep alcohol to a minimum, make sure you blood pressure/cholesterol/sugars are ok, get enough sleep - the list goes on , the same for any human being :-)

Yeah couldn't agree more with poster Galen70 above they are the fundamentals of being healthy👍🏻

Just eat healthy food, hit the gym regularly, quit smoking, keep alcohol to a minimum, make sure your blood pressure/cholesterol/sugars are ok, get enough sleep everyday.
