Not sure what you mean by "my stuff is so tiny " The areas that seem to be bleeding in the pic, did you puncture them ? Its very difficult to assess from this pic, they look like a cluster of small sebaceous cysts , but there is also an associated skin change. I don't know your age, but I think you need to attend a sexual health service or GP / urologist depending on your country for assessment.

I can provide a better pic tomorrow of what it looks like, they look bleeding cuz I picked at them but they been like that for a very long time now

Im glad the bleeding is due to trauma by you. However even without that, the skin change needs a proper assessment. Urology/dermatology/sexual health doc are your best bets. The GP ( if in the UK ) can refer you.

Hi, looks like you have a infection as properdoc suggested it could be sebaceous cyst some ingrown hairs have you shaved there in the past? anyway you should go to your GP for diagnosis
