I have a itchy anus

I am 26 years old and i have been having a itchy anus for the past two days. I have been washing my anus with clean water not using any soap just plain water. But this afternoon it was itching so bad so i just touched it with my fingers. And after a couple of minutes later i had the urge to loo and was feeling more itchy in my anus area. I went for my loo and slowly the outer of my left anus side started to swell it got a lump, like the size of a thumb. And i found like a drop of blood near the anus. So i washed it again with clean water and dried myself. But slowly the swelling was gone between 3 - 4 hours. And it was night time for my bed but my anus started getting very itching again. And i had the urge to loo again so i went for my loo but my anus was very itchy. And i found like two little white worms on my loo. I washed my self and checked for blood but this time there was no blood. So i came back to my bed and the itching lasted for a couple of minutes. And i have an upset stomach too. Just some noise from my stomach but no pain only the itchiness in my anus. Any ideas and home remedies . ?

Hard to say without a diagnosis. You may need a stool testing. If its persistent, might be some sort of parasite, tapeworm or something similar.
