can loss of erection angle through age be corrected?

I am almost 40 and I see the difference compared to when I was just 18 and my erection was so hard and would raise so high it'd sometimes lay on my stomach but now as the ageing process is starting to show its dreaded signs I only can get just below half way mast even when very aroused. It's troubling.

I get I should deal with age like a man because its something that can't be avoided but is there any way to correct this innevitible problem? (preferbly without surgery) am I now basically unable to ever again get at least close to a high raised erection angle like I did as a young man? Thanks.

No way I’ve found, since turning 40 I’ve had no end of issues, get pretty fed up with it all tbh

Im not clear if you are having erectile problems ie erections not as good quality as before, or deviation of the penile shaft , because you mention "erection angle " . There are many causes for ED and you should have a medical assessment for these. If it is deviation of the shaft angle, this could be Peyronies and you need a urology assessment .
