I start shaking when I get hungry

I don’t know if this is normal but especially when I am at work I start to get a little hungry I start shaking a little bit for food it’s so weird once I eat everything calms down

Sounds like you maybe diabetic or just having a blood sugar low which can happen sometimes - I get it sometimes swimming after work so usually have a banana or something first. Worth getting yourself checked out though with your GP

I would go to the doctor and ask for an A1C test. This will test your average blood sugar and tell if you are diabetic or not.
