Hi, if you can't retract your foreskin even when you are soft to clean underneath the foreskin. you could try to do some stretching for sometime but you may have done some damage with the paraphimosis causing more scarring. your doctor may give you some steroid creams to help with stretching but if it doesn't work a referral to a urologist for a circumcision would be your best option.
