bump on penis / smaller bumps

So after masterbating, I noticed these little marks on the skin - I thought they may be from friction. Didnt think much off it.

Unsure of the time frame (few weeks/ month or 2) but at a later time I noticed a bump that sort of resemble a small pimple - Couldnt resist popping it, now it doesnt seem to want to go away , sort of feels firm but almost looks like theres a white-ish thing inside, nothing ever comes out.

DR said its nothing but Im worried as it appeared right near those other smaller bumps

If you are talking about the small whiter bumps, these are small sebaceous cysts.

Yeah I had this when I was younger. It went away by itself after a while.

That is not a cyst , any sexual partners before this ? And if yes what kind of sex was done .
