Sick out of nose

So for the past few months I’ve had a few episodes of waking up early morning 2/3am and being sick. The thing is it’s coming out of my nose!!! Have no idea why, has anyone else had this before.

Vomit can easily exit through the nose as the nose and mouth are connected and it is not unusual. Are you actually vomiting (with stomach contractions) or are you just regurgitating stomach contents?
