No sperm comes out yet you ejaculate? Those two go hand in hand, you don't ejaculate anything other than sperm.

Did you mean you orgasm but don't ejaculate?

Dry ejaculation. It might be redirecting elsewhere. Definitely something to ask a doctor.

obviously you're not done with puberty. If you were you would able to ejaculate sperm. Give it some more time. Doesn't mean it has to happen at that moment. Besides how do you know you're done with puberty.

Hi Oculas. What you ejaculate is semen. It's this that carries any sperm, and the presence of sperm can only be determined by testing a sample of semen.

At your age I doubt very much that such a test would be available under the NHS. So please take note of the replies that others have offered you.

Hiya Oculas.

Yes this doesn't really seem like much to worry about. Take this from a 15 year old boy who also had a similar issue - I didn't begin to fully ejaculate any semen until I was around 14.

We all develop at different rates so unless you really have like, a gut feeling that something else is going on which is concerning you, for now just play the waiting game. I mean you never know, one day you might just notice something changes, haha.

Best Wishes,

Matt

It can happen at any age as you can see everyone develops at different rates, personally I could at about 10 - 11 but it could take till 13 - 14 but if it doesn’t happen after 14 I would seek a doctors opinion because it’s getting a little late at that point and their maybe a hormone imbalance, make sure to look out for other symptoms.

I started masterbating at 12 and had intense orgasms but no ejaculate. I did start ejaculating closer to 14. Your testicles just haven't quite matured from hormone changes. It will happen. Just enjoy the orgasms without the "mess".
