Pls what are these swollen itching nodes on my balls.. Have tried different creams and corticosteroids but still won't go away for almost 6months now... Pls help. Its very itching... They are all over my balls

Looks and sounds like scrotal calcinosis ...get it looked at , but if that's what it is

...and I'm fairly certain from the image and info you provided...its nothing to worry about and a simple procedure in a doctors office can rid you of them.
