ANUS LUMP AND ITCHING

Hi I feel few days before my ANUS has small tiny lump just in the opening of anus,when I felt this first the feel was like burning and from that day I am feeling itchy in that place ..what it can be? Is it really need to worry about?

Could be something or nothing. Hemorrhoids. Anal wart. Or something else. If it continues get it checked out. Try not to worry. Likely something easily treated.

I had anal warts off and on for 20 years till I developed anal cancer from HPV. if i hadn't been vigilant with observation and biopsies i might not have caught the cancer in time.
