Spot on penis

I've had spots on my penis for as long as I can remember(7+) years now and since i've been 13 so unlikely to be anything sexually transmitted. I have fordyce spots though this one looks a little different so curious as to what it is and if it is treatable. its not painful is fleshy and looks like it has something in it though not squeezeable. Very bad pictures attached: imgur.com/a/EgVM4ED
