I suffer from phimosis, but with regular stretches I am able to retract my foreskin only when my penis is flaccid, when i get an erection once my foreskin is retracted I feel like my penis head is going to pop, what can i do to stop this and how can I get the foreskin to retract when i have an erection?

I am inserting both fingers into the foreskin and stretching them apart holding it for 20sec then releasing. Any idea why i feel so much pressure when I get an erection whilst the foreskin is retracted? (the pressure is so much that with it retracted I cannot get an erection, however when my foreskin is not retracted I have no trouble with getting an erection).

Dr will send you to specialist who will likely circumcise you. No biggy.

Probably easier to just get circumcised. I doubt any kind of stretching techniques will help much.

Removing sensitive skin via circumcision is not something I would choose. Permanent exposure of the sensitive glans comes with its own problems. I tried stretching, since circumcision is not reversible. Manual stretching might work, but I used silicone rings to good effect. My phimotic ring remains permanently larger and has not shrunk back. The combination during sex of retracting foreskin with the sensitivity of the glans and foreskin is worth expending time and effort to retain. If the foreskin will not retract over an erection without pain and risk of complication then it cannot be said that phimosis is not present.

Get serious with the stretches. At the opening is the frenar band. Concentrate on that by applying tension for five minutes, four times per day. It takes about six weeks of continual work to achieve permanance.

Go to the drs who will send you to a urologists there are certain conditions where circumcision is the only option but you can always say no to a operation there not going to tie up up and do it im circumcised and am so much happier now than before and to be honest I couldn't retractable my foreskin so sensetivity is the same
