I have these red spots on my penis, after intercourse the spots reappear in hours, is this friction burn or yeast infection?

I got a test panel test and was clear of everything but these spots won’t go away. Any clue ? Should I be worried? I have added coocunut oil and aloe Vera and the spots disappear but everytime afer intercourse they come back . Is it rough sex or ?

Looks same as mine mare. It's just friction. Mine sometimes get much redder than those but vanish in couple of days. Normally occurs after rough sex or if you've rubbed it with something dry.

I also found out it could be Fordyce Spots! And after more observation I’ve calmed down

Fordyce Spots apparently stay on you forever after they develop. And rough sex defintely makes them appear. When I first I got them I went to get tested and everything came back negative. But they wouldn’t go away, so I was still a bit nervous.

I was circumcised back in Jan and I get them even from wanking if I don't use lube.

Do u practice safe sex? Did u use the new condoms? I think there are a few things that could be causing your problem. First, you could have a reaction to condoms, soaps, lubes or clothes. Second, this could be an infection, like a yeast infection or even STD. Was your partner having any vaginal conditions, or was she experiencing any problem after having sex? Yeast infection is most common in women. Usually, it spreads from a person to another through intercourse. If both are not treated at the same time, the infection will happen every time you have sex, persist and become more severe. So, be sure to bring it up with your doctor.
