Stabing pain around belly button with nasuea.

Hey I carnt seem to find anything like this for women so u thought I would post on here.

So around 1 month ago I have a really sharp pain in my belly button like i had been stabbed and it was being dragged into my stomach this symptom went away.

10 days ago got lower back pain constant stabbing pain in the middle of my stomach like stabbing more to the left of the belly button. I stayed in surgical ward for 2 days I had an ultra sound with showed slow digestion and a pipe in my large bowel was large. But they couldn't help me and sent me home. I still have the pain it's getting worse. Gp have me paracetomal and tramadol for pain. I have a history of ibs it doesn't feel like anything I have experienced with ibs. I have a family history of chrons disease and colitis. My stomach is really blotted.
