So I’m just over 4weeks post partial circ, can’t really seem to find anything online about a partial circ and literally just stumbled across this forum. Wondering if any of you guys have had the same type of procedure and have any advice on the healing process, sex/masturbation/pissing/Aesthetics. I live in Ireland and any type of circumcision doesn’t seem to be that common, also I don’t know of any guy whose gone through the process so and form of info would be good.
Have a follow up appointment next week and wondering if it’s alright to try and have a wank. Just teased myself a bit yesterday and bottled getting to the finish line. And after more than 4 weeks I’m literally dying for that sweet release.
Anyone have any experience with this cut? I have the option to get a full circ in 6 months if I’m not completely happy with the outcome, I’m still trying to figure things out with my new lad so I’m hoping to avoid going for the skinless look, any advice would be really appreciated.

Hi IB1990. The term "partial" is not clear concerning circumcision. I'm low and quite loose circumcised, when flaccid skin covers 1/3 of glans. But It's the shaft skin that folds. When erected I'ts much less loose, shaft skin can move back and forth no more than 5 cm. The inner skin has been removed and scar is close to glans. So for someones I've a partial, but other ones said that It's only loose and looks this way because I'm a grower.
Afaik, a high and loose cut can be reworked in a lower and tighter, but if you already are cut low, it could be difficult to re-do. You can check my pics in my post and compare with yours.
Had a partial back in May. I’m a shower so my foreskin covers 3/4 of my gland when not erect. For all the reading and advice I’ve had was that I should be 100% couple of months after the surgery but that was not the case. About 4-5 month after the surgery I was very frustrated... I would have pain when having an erection because the opening of the foreskin was still tight. A couple of time I was about to give up and go back for the full circumcision. A moth later (around November) things got way better, no pain when pulling my foreskin back or during erections. During an erection my foreskin automatically pulls back and exposes the gland 100%. During masterbation the foreskin still can slide up to cover 1/2 of the gland.
Just had sex for the first time after the surgery around New Years. Had a difficult time with intercourse using condoms. For me, the condom did not allow the foreskin to slide back in forth like masterbation. Intercourses sessions lasted a lot longer then expected (in my situation). Oral and handjobs feels great but when my partner puts direct pressure on the gland it made me jump... the gland is still super sensitive to direct pressure.
My advice is to give it more time then initially expected.
Cheers for the feedback mate. I’m a bit of a grower so I’m about 3/4 covered when I’m soft and little to no coverage when I’m semi erect (have quite a large head) sounds like a pretty similar cut though. How’s your scar looking now?
It’s had it’s issues over the whole healing process but overall I’m pretty content now with the outcome.
Scaring is not bad... a litttle uneven on the bottom side of the shaft but overall good. Pretty satisfied overall... just wish I could have done it sooner.
Same mate I couldn’t be happier now and since it’s pretty much healed you wouldn’t even notice I had the procedure done
Hi IB1990,
I’m also planning for partial Circumcision. I wanna ask, in flaccid state your foreskin covers the glans but whenever you had erection in underwear or morning wood you glans must’ve been exposed open. If yeah how was your experience in the early stages how discomforting was glans rubbing your clothes or whatever. It’s definitely different from full Circumcision where glans adjust to outer environment, stays exposed whether flaccid or erect.
My concern is how long it will take for glans to adjust as they’ll be in and out all the time.
