Redness/varicose veins after male circumcision?

So I was circumcised about 2 and a half years ago for medical reasons, I was 18 at the time, and shortly after I noticed some purple/red veins on the underside of my penis. It doesn't itch, hurt or feel tender but I do not like the look of it at all. I can't say for sure it has gotten worse but perhaps it has a little bit.

The colour changes from purple/blue to a more inflamed redness after, well... 'using' it. It looks like a bundle of tiny spider veins next to where my frenulum used to be, only on 1 side.

I really want to know if there is something I did that caused this or if I can do something to get rid of it or make it less. It is one of my main causes of insecurity and self-hatred right now...

Sounds like just bleeding through the blood vessels and nothing more. But go to the doctor for analysis.
