can't ejaculate while masturbating after circumcision

Before the surgery I had no problem ejaculating while masturbating and it would usually take around 5-10 minutes, however I had to get circumcised due to a tight foreskin. It's been 4 weeks since the surgery and all the stitches have fell out so I have been attempting to masturbate again, the first time trying i successfully ejaculated but I couldn't after that. I am usually masturbating for 20+ minutes now until I eventually give up. When going flaccid a bit of cum usually drips out, but why can't i cum while masturbating? Am I doing it wrong? The head of my penis is still sensitive so when I'm trying to masturbate could that be turning me off?

Hey dude. I think two things could be a problem to you. First one is doing it 4 weeks after is really early and usually urologists would agree to say between 6-8 weeks is fine to masturbate again. So the fact that it is still sensitive around some areas makes it definitely less pleasurable as a fully functional and healed (healthy) penis.

Secondly I would say that you always had a foreskin so it is all new to you to do it without a skin on top of your penis head. You are also psychologically speaking thinking about it a whole lot. It was a traumatic experience and you will have to go through trial and errors to be able to find the new way to do it but eventually you will be able to go back to normal.

Are you really saying that you also don’t reach an orgasm? Ejaculation is the emission of semen. Orgasm is the intense sensation felt. Are you missing both?

I don’t reach an orgasm, I’m sure if I did I would be able to ejaculate.

Oof I wouldn't do that, that can hurt the glans while it's still healing. I would go with petroleum jelly or lubricant designed specifically for penises. I know if I used body wash right now it would sting so bad, I was just circumcised on Wednesday

Body wash really isn't good for using as a lubricant. It also makes the glans drying out. A very good and inexpensive lubricant is coconut oil (just the one that people use for cooking). It's slick and also very good for the skin. Start slowly and then speed up your stroking. Make sure you pay extra attention to the rim of the head and the head itself of course.

You’re experiencing one of circumcision’s consequences. It may sort out in time, depending upon how radically you were cut.
