What are these? I used to get boil type lumps used to fill with puss and blood sometimes very sore and they used to come and go haven’t had any for a couple months but these scars will they go?

They look like where in growing hairs Scab after u shaved , I some times get them and normal just pick at my in growing hairs with tweaser

If you shave it's ingrowing hairs, try not to shave against the grain so to speak that's what causes it, or just trim them, that's what I do
