Weird area on penis foreskin, what could this be?

Hello everyone,

It has probably always been there but I can't quite remember since I wasn't inspecting my penis thoroughly until few days ago. I know it may sound weird, but I was used to just wash it and put my foreskin back without close inspection for any changes. This area (approx 0.5 cm x 0.5 cm) appears to be of different color as you can see it on the photos below, very smooth to touch, it's not moist, doesn't itch nor does it feel tender.. It's located behind the corona, somewhere in the middle, and it appears that this area is slightly more attached to the corona itself than the rest of the foreskin. To me it appears to be natural but I haven't seen it on other penises which concerns me. Also, there is a small channel (this is normal) between corona and foreskin (when fully retracted) which seems to disappear precisely where this area is located and then it continues again after 0.5 cm or so. You can see it if you lock closely on the photo. Is this just a normal area of the foreskin or sign of some problem?

Additional information: I'm 27 yo, not sexually active

Thank you

Thank you for your reply. Well, I can't be 100% sure if I've had it for a long time. That's why I'm little worried

So it doesn't look like something not normal to you?

Thanks Bucky you for your reply. Yeah skin adhesion came to my mind. This really doesn't look like balanitis or some similar infection. I can't remember whether I had adhesion or not, but I remember that the first time I pulled my foreskin over the glans when I was a kid it did hurt badly even though my foreskin didn't feel tight at all. Could it be that at this point adhesion was broken without me even noticing it except some pain? Also, if this is broken skin adhesion, can it be dangerous if I leave it like this since it doesn't cause any symptoms like itching or tenderness?

I'm 100% positive that this is not a new adhesion. It probably happened when I was 12-13 years old (I'm 27 now) because it was then when I started retracting my foreskin and experiencing moderate pain while doing so. Therefore, it must be a very old one. So, just to clarify once more, if this is an old adhesion, it means that it healed and I should keep it this way? No need to treat this area of red skin?
